squad |skwäd| noun a small group of people having a particular task
The particular task in question was if this squad of four would last the hour of family photos. From the start I got a, “I don’t know about the boys,” from Ollie and Leo’s mothers! Well guess what! Not only did the boys last, but they wanted more and more, even when we were all done! It’s usually how it works. The parents are the ones who are exhausted and over it by the end of the session and as soon as the kids have warmed up to me; which is usually about ten minutes in, they are good to go until they get into their cars to go home. It makes for quality naps, which parents thank me for afterwards! We had a task at hand besides the session this past weekend. Victoria and Natalie were looking to create a special photo for their Christmas cards. I loved their idea and couldn’t wait to capture it. You’ll have to wait and see the result until the card has been delivered, but its a good one! Until then, I hope you’ll enjoy some of my favorites from the day! Love this squad sooooo much! Enjoy!
