…Hiking

hike |hīknoun  a long walk, especially in the country or wilderness

I spent the morning at Lands End with my boy! We came here when he was a bit younger, when he was just starting to walk and he did great. He made it really far one way. I made the mistake of going to far, for I had to carry him back the whole way. It was a great workout. This time he lasted the entire hike. We found a little wooded stairwell and decided to go explore. It was a dream for him, climbing, playing with rocks, playing in the sand, and going up and down the stairs. With summer here I hope to bring you more pictures of our little day trips. Enjoy!

wingman |ˈwiNGˌmən| n. a man who helps or supports another man; a friend or close associate I was painfully shy as a kid. Painfully!
